Here a cakes for my own kiddo! Her and grandpa have birthdays just days apart, so last year we celebrated both together! She loves princess and cupcakes; he loves beer. :)
For her 4th birthday, I made a giant cupcake for her actual birthday. Her request was a Frozen cake for her party.
Wedding Shower Cakes
Two very different wedding showers. One cake is covered in fondant with fondant petals. The other is country themed with burlap - fresh strawberry filled cake with whipped cream.

Girls Weekend
Cakes for two parties, both on the same day... This was a crazy weekend!
Dora themed birthday for 2 girls that are BFF's. All edible except Dora and Boots.
Disney Princess themed party. All edible except the princesses. Yes, even the crown is edible.
Animal Themed
Happy first birthday, Maya! Animal themed cupcakes, complete with a smash cake. The smash cake was banana cake with chocolate buttercream filling.

The Chocolate Chip Cookie.
It is a classic, yet there are a countless number of variations of it. I have a recipe that I love, but wanted to make it a chunkier cookie rather than a thinner cookie. On pinterest I found a recipe that claimed to give you thick, chewy cookies so I decided to put it to the test. The cookie on the left is my tweaked version. The cookie on the right is the one I found on pinterest. Hmmmm....
Lightning McQueen
Happy birthday, Derek! For Derek's 2nd birthday bash, I made a half sheet cake, filled with buttercream. The road, checkered flag pattern, and logo with name are all made of fondant. Lightning McQueen is not complete without his BFF, Mater.
